What is a Notary Public?
A notary public is an official, registered with the NSW Society of Notaries, to assist with the signing of important documents, including witnessing, as well as certifying copies of documents, to provide to international government or corporate entities, and obtaining government legalisation/apostille.

Why You Need Notary Services
Notary services play a vital role in ensuring the authenticity, legality, and credibility of various documents across different sectors. Whether for personal, business, or international purposes, notarisation provides an added layer of security, reducing the risk of fraud and disputes. Below are some key areas where notary services are essential:ership agreements and loan documents, must be notarised to provide legal protection.
1. Real Estate Transactions
Buying or selling property involves a significant amount of legal paperwork, and notary services help validate these critical documents. This includes:
- Property Deeds – Ensuring ownership transfers are legally binding.
- Mortgage Agreements – Verifying the identity of signatories and preventing fraud.
- Lease Agreements – Some long-term or high-value lease contracts may require notarisation.
- Refinancing & Loan Documents – Protecting both lenders and borrowers in financial agreements.

- Foreign Business Contracts – Ensuring legitimacy for international trade agreements.
- Educational Credentials – Diplomas, transcripts, and certificates often require notarisation before submission to foreign institutions.
